Wa today training sucked lo... 3 main reasons why:
1) exhausted from past 3 days consecutive trainings
2)Rained like siao today. I HATE the rain even though its part of water cycle
3) there was greasy thingys in the water and i cap once at jetty and my whole body was OILY! WTF?!

In the end we onli did 2km warmup 3 km sprints and 1.5 km sprints. lol raining damn heavy lo
then we ended up dancing to keep warm. YES! DANCING! lol we looked like idiots there but nobody la.lol chiang hong caught it on video though...
