To falter is but human.
So its been almost 2 weeks since the last post. Not that anybody reads this anyway. Exams have started though, so pardon me for the sudden leave of absence. The end of exams are drawing to a close, and the countdown to class chalet has begun. 4 days left actually.
Papers so far have been fine I guess. Lets have a short breakdown :
(GP)- Both paper 1 & 2 were good. Like seriously. Lucky for me the topic was about genetics and cloning, just hope I'm not out of point, which I took great care not to.
(Econs)- Guess what, the essay was on demand and supply. I guess this is what they call back to the basics? Hope I'll be able to scrape a pass. Again.
(Chem P3)- Where do I even start? It was excellent. The whole paper went so well that I was shocked myself. I breezed through the paper with virtually no difficulty. Flawless performance I'd say. Now excuse me as I go fix my sarcasm detector.
(Bio P2)- Quite good I suppose, except for the fact that I lost 2 marks already (out of 100) I thought I'd be able to do 100% of the paper, but no, this question had to come out and ruin it. Although I realized that the answer was simpler than I fathomed after the paper.
(Math P1)- Decent. Although I could have done better had I not rushed to school due to some unforeseen circumstances.
(Chinese)- What's that?
I don't think I stand a chance of retaining, since the worst case scenario SHOULD be a repetition of my mid year results, which were not all that flattering, but I still pass in the end. Nevertheless, we are all going to retain, in one way or another. Those at the top will retain their high marks. And those at the bottom will retain, well, one more year. Although I do hope nobody in class does have to get a new batch of classmates next year, we all know its rather impossible, seeing the current performance of our class. There are a few potential candidates whom I may or may not see next year. Of course I too, hope I'm not one of them.
Lets ignore this claptrap for now, its disgustingly depressing. On a lighter note, chalet is next tuesday, and CCA is slated to resume on saturday, at the zoo. We may be getting a new camera / Lens too, and I, being the responsible chief photographer, shall go to great lengths to take care of them. Which means I'll hog it till kingdom come.
Now I shall go test FFVII on my dear PS3.
