I don't know what kind of values were instilled in you by your family, friends or society. I don't know what you're thinking at times when I tell you all these. I know independence is good for me, I know you have my best interests for my future in mind when you say "Don't learn to always rely on others". But don't deny me the opportunity to do things that I can only do when I'm of age. I don't want to look back 30 years later and say "Oh, that. I never got to try it when I was young" You say I'll see the world next time when I get the chance? Why not now? While the world is still not yet totally ravaged by the greed of mankind. Fine, if you really insist, then I'll comply. But please don't deny me of my dreams when the time comes. My future depends on it, so beg, borrow, or steal, I WILL insist on going overseas to take my Veterinary Course, even if I have to be on a study loan and slowly repay them when I come back. You've denied me so many chances at chasing my dreams, don't do it again.
