For the Record.
Knowing that tomorrow's the last official day of school, ever, suddenly hit me like a baseball bat to the nuts. The very prospect of leaving the comfort zone of the school compound and venturing into the unknown called society, certainly sends chills down my spine. But nevertheless, life must go on, and we must keep moving in the great circle of life if we want to ever achieve anything in life. So I guess it's time to move on? Not yet actually, not until I slayed the big A's...or until it slays me.

It was just yesterday that we walked into this complex upon the tiny hill of Lorong Chuan, a place I've never heard of in my whole life, and that was the start of two years in this place. In it I found joy, laughter, anger, sorrow, and poking. If there's one thing I've learned in JC, other than everything else in my BCME syllabus, its that I shouldn't judge people by first impressions. Most of the time. Sometimes I'm right though.

1st day with my class, the first person I met was Karl, and I thought, "Hmmm, this guy looks decent, no vulgarities and an innocent guy." I was wrong. I also thought Zhijian was some kinda punk-master, but I was wrong as well. I thought I could do well enough to take H3, but I was again denied the chance. JC really opened up my eyes to the hardships in this world, unlike the easy life in secondary school, and the easier life in Primary school, (PSLE, by the way, has become easier than pissing). For the first time in my life I fear so much for my future, unlike in the past where not doing well can still bring you to one of the 89127389172 secondary schools in Singapore, or at least a Polytechnic after A Levels. But now not doing well means you aren't going anywhere, the though of it is just too much to comprehend.

I want to thank 0903 for making these 2 years so memorable, and for helping me make it through the tough times. It was hard, but as a class we made it, even though we had a few __________ in between. They say time flies when you're having fun, and yes I agree that these two years have been fun, especially in J1 with all the crazy people whom a few of which have retained, but I still want to thank them. That means Joled, Jun An, Jorene, Shuyi, Dan Hui, Samantha, Wanshu, and Haifang. Once 0903, always 0903. Admittedly, J1 has been a very bad year for me, I still managed to pull through. Also, even though we don't see each other much due to the fragmented timetable, we still manage to bond as a class. Geoggers: Zuoyi, Esther, Yiakuan, Lance,Elaine,Liting,Michelle; H2-Econs:Andy, Linus, JunJie, Yuxun, Yanling; Siao-Gina Girls: Charis,Fangyin,Patricia; and finally my group with no name: Me, Karl, Kelvin, Joseph, Zhijian. And Elias, but he defected to 01. I'm not gonna write individual thank you notes because, I have to study, FYI. So I'm thanking you all here. Hopefully we won't drift apart in the years to come, because this is gonna be the last class you'll ever be in. University doesn't count because it's not classified under "Wear-some-ugly-uniform-and-go-for-assembly-every-morning" Kind of school. So yeah. Also, thank you to our teachers for being so patient with us, a class that never fails to fail. Miss Liang (Math/CT), Mr Teo (Math/CT), Mr Neo(Biology), Mr Goh(Biology), Mr Ong(Chemistry), Miss Tay(Economics) and Mr Gerald Chong (Yeeeaaahhh.)

Also want to thank the people in my CCA, as well as the teachers of NYJC Photographic Society, Miss Chua and Mr Cheng, and our teacher in J1, Mr Seng. Being Chief Photographer is not easy. I'm sure you all know because I was constantly complaining about the workload, but I did it anyway, because I love my job. Not that I love to cover events, but finally I joined a CCA which I really loved, not because my school has a lack of CCAs and I'm being coerced into joining something which I think is 'Ok'. Handling a CCA like this is very much unlike sports, and the fact that I've never touched a DSLR before joining didn't help also, but I made it through nonetheless. Thank you to the NYPSEXCO: Geraldine, Kaiyuan, Eileen, Jieqi; As well as the regulars who make my life in the CCA so much easier: Wanti, Qingran, Joshua, OliViA, Chan Hong, Elias, Candace, Cindy, Timothy. Also to my J1 juniors, you guys give me a reason to go back to Photog, so, J1EXCO: Charmaine, William, Damien, Jade, Athalie, Macrina, Yuebin and Lenis, as well as the other juniors : Natalie, Annie, Ron, Diep, Xinyi, and the rest. Also to everyone whom I've met before in school, random people, Japan Trippers, LTC Group mates, Seniors, etc.

From next year onwards, 0903 may cease to exist in black and white, but it will live on forever in us. Let us move forward and savour the fruits of our labour in the future, and plant the seeds of success so that we may all enjoy the good times to come.

It's been a honor to be in the same class as you all. Now let's go kick some A level butt.

About Me.

Fact:The world population increased by 1 at a certain time on 15 May 1992. NYJC has 1 more student to deal with as of 09 03 2009, and BPGHS has 1 less troublemaker to handle. I have 23 pairs of chromosomes, with the 23rd being XY. Loves to imitate Robin Hood and likes playing Fatal Frame in real life. Lost? Too bad for you.
